We are proud to announce that we now offer After Hours Emergency Heating, Air-conditioning & Plumbing services in Ottawa and surrounding areas at no extra cost!

No Heating
If your furnace or primary source of heat stops working but you have an alternate source of heat such as baseboard heaters or a fireplace, we will still schedule your appointment urgently but not after hours.
No Air Conditioning
If your air conditioner or heat pump stops working, but it’s cool enough outside and in the home that it’s not an emergency, we will book your appointment for the next business day instead of after hours. If the weather warrants or the home is uncomfortably hot, we offer same day service appointments after hours.
No Hot Water
Hot water is a necessity! If you lose access give us a call right away for a same day service appointment.
Gas Leak
A suspected gas leak is always an emergency. If you smell gas, hear a hissing sound from a gas appliance, or trigger a gas detector in your home call us immediately!

Water Leak
An active water leak that is currently causing damage is always an emergency.
No Water
If your home is without water give us a call immediately.
Broken Toilet
A non-functioning toilet qualifies as an emergency if it is the only toilet in the home. If you have a second bathroom we will still book your call quickly but not after hours.
Blocked Main Drain
The main drain is the pipe that all household fixtures feed into. If this is blocked all the fixtures in the home will drain slowly or not at all.
Sump Pump Issues
When a sump pump malfunctions and water is accumulating in the basement call us right away.
Frozen Pipes
Frozen pipes are always considered an emergency as they can cause major damage if not dealt with immediately.
