We have used Francis “Heating/Cooling” services for several years, and mostly content. BUT, I have to say, their plumbing side came through 1000000% and REALLY saved our butts. Highly recommend this company from the office staff, to Adam Wood our Estimator who met with us within 24 hours and spent almost 2 hours discussing all options for our specific home, to the team of 4 experts: Jonathan, Joey, Conrad & Benjamin. This organized, friendly, neat,tidy & detailed team removed our flood damaged water heater, furnace and A/C unit. They installed a new 2 stage furnace, Ecobee thermostat, water heater and a new Heat Pump. They arrived on time at 8 a.m. and completed all the work over a 10 hour period. It was a pleasure to have them in our home!! I'm very happy with our choice & Highly recommend this company!!

Francis Plumbing was amazing. Matt was absolutely amazing. Prior to him I had five companies come over to find my leak in my bathroom flooding the kitchen. All gave me a different answer. I think they didn’t want to tackle this job as it is an older house with old pipes with difficult access. Matt showed me where he found the leak he explained everything including that this may not be a twenty year fix but I knew that and so appreciate is honesty. He worked almost 5 hours in this heat. He also changed the taps in the bathroom without having to damage the tile! It was amazing! Prior I had been quoted by others that I would need a contractor to re tile and of course they gave me their friends name. I am soooooooo unbelievably pleased. I feel safe in knowing the plumbing is safe again. Matt was just super! I can’t say enough good things.

This dealer working hard to keep his good reputation. But please do your own work before signing anything. They have "price match policy" also check if any gov. grants available. because it is on your own.
