Had a great experience with the technician who came to service our tankless hot water tank and air handler. Not only did he realize we were overpaying for our maintenance, he recommended something else to increase the longevity of the tank given the hard water in our area. He booked us in for an appointment for a quote later this month. He arrived on time and did a great job. Thank you!

Kaitlyn was great. Highly recommend.

Fast and knowledgeable. Though their AI phone agent needs some tweaking.

Very efficient service from this company! I had to call them on a Saturday for after hours emergency service involving my hot water tank. I live in rural Ottawa and the technician arrived in under 2 hours to stabilize the problem. This was followed up by prompt service on the following Monday to install the new hot water tank. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional and they left the job site neat and tidy. I was very happy with the experience.
