SHOCKING PRICE INCREASES FOR WATER HEATERS, TANKLESS, FURNACES AND AIR CONDITIONERS (AC) EXPECTED SOON!
I just heard through the grapevine that there are shocking price increases heading our way to Ottawa for water heaters, furnaces, AC and tankless units.
With news of double-digit price increases for raw steel we are going to see those prices affecting every product we buy made of steel.
We are anticipating that water heaters and tankless units will go up anywhere from 10-17% in June of this year
We are anticipating that furnaces and air conditioners will go up anywhere from 4-10% as early as end of May – end of June
How that that impact you?
If you were considering changing your hot water tank, switching to tankless, replacing your AC or furnace you may want to do it sooner rather than later.
It is also a good time to upgrade your furnace or switch to a tankless as there are energy rebates currently available.
Regardless of when you decide to upgrade your equipment – we wanted you to be aware of the pending changes as they do impact our neighbours and the buying decisions we all make.
