Contest Details & Rules

• Contest entries must be submitted between November 5th 2:59:59 PM- December 9th, 2024 11:59:59 PM EDT.  
• Limit of one submission per household 

Contest Entry And Eligibility

To be eligible for the contest all entrants must:

• Submit a picture of your existing furnace as well as your contact information – full name, email address, postal code –  through the website landing page 
• Be a homeowner (18+) in the Ottawa area that Francis Plumbing, Heating & Cooling services   
• Entrant must be in a 70 kilometers radius of Francis Plumbing Heating & Cooling’s head office located at: 894 Boyd Ave, Ottawa, ON K2A 2E3. Quebec residents are not eligible for this contest. 
• This contest is not open to anyone who is an employee or direct family member of Francis Plumbing Heating & Cooling. 

Winner Selection/Participation:

• On or before December 10th, 2024, Francis Plumbing, Heating & Cooling employees will each cast their vote for the entrant that has a Furnace most deserving of a facelift.
• Selection criteria will be based on the furnace’s age, general appearance, and comments from the entrant that are included with the submission.
• From this short list of selections a final winner will drawn through a randomized draw on December 15th, 2024.
• A Francis Plumbing, Heating & Cooling representative will visit the winner’s residence to verify that the furnace meets all qualifications and that standard installation is all that is required. A mutually convenient installation date will be determined by both parties.
• Winner agrees to participate in photo shoot and video of them receiving their prize and this information may be shared on Francis Plumbing’s website and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.

Prizing Details:

• The winner will receive a Lennox brand high-efficiency gas furnace – exact model to be determined – subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Francis Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
• Standard installation is included – up to 10 feet of standard ducting, same fuel to fuel. Any winner requiring additional ductwork installation or conversions from electric to gas will be required to pay separately for it based on an estimate provided by Francis Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
